This line is equipped with fully automatic die and fully automatic thickness control system with APC system. The winder is the most-advanced and highest automation three-shaft winder, with touch screen and PLC control. Comparing with two-shaft winder, this kind of winder has the advantages of automatic paper core loading, automatic finished roll unloading, automatic roll change, no tailing, less operators, high speed, high automation and high efficiency.

The PE cling film produced by this line is anti-fog, anti-loose, rainproof, dustproof, self-adhesive, puncture resistant. It is safe, environmental, healthy, reliable, nontoxic and harmless, in accordance with GB9687-1988 Hygienic Standard for Polyethylene Products used as Food Containers and Tablewares and National Quality Inspection Standard, so it is widely used in wrapping cooked food, raw food, meat, vegetables, fruits and seafood in supermarkets, hotels, restaurants and food factories.
